Congratulations on your admission to Coppin State University! We're so excited you've decided to join our Eagle family. Being admitted is your first step to securing on-campus housing for th the coming year.
Our Residence Halls
Coppin has 2 modern residence halls with all the the amenities and services of high-end campus living:
- Flossie Dedmond Residence Hall
- Guilbert A. Daley Residence Hall
Both halls have 24-hour security with key card access, high-speed wireless internet free for student use, and come fully furnished with the furniture you'll need to make your space your own.
Housing Application Process
You can apply for on-campus housing in 4 steps—and you've already completed the first step by being admitted into Coppin!
- Step 1: Get admitted to Coppin State University!
- Step 2: Complete your Housing Application
Complete your Housing Application then email or fax it to the Office of Housing at (410) 951-6393.
Be sure you carefully review the application before signing. Reach out to us with any questions—we don't want you to sign something you don't understand.
- Step 3: Sign the Housing Contract
The Housing Contract is part of the Housing Application. This contract is a legally binding agreement which means once you sign it Coppin State University can hold you responsible for adhering to all the information within it.
- Step 4: Pay your $150.00 housing deposit
When you submit your Housing Application, you must also pay a $150 nonrefundable housing deposit. You can pay in person at the Cashier's Office or over the phone at (410) 951-3691.
If you pay with the Cashier—in person or over the phone—be sure to keep your receipt number. After you pay, email your receipt number to the Office of Housing, so we can update your Housing Application record.
