Housing Application Process

You can apply for on-campus housing in 4 steps—and you've already completed the first step by being admitted into Coppin!

Step 1: Confirm your spot in classes, pay the $150 Enrollment Fee.

Step 2: Confirm your spot in housing, pay the $150 Housing Deposit.

Step 3: Complete the Housing Application (Opens April 1st)

Step 4: Email all immunization/vaccine information to the Community Health Center or fax to (410) 951-6158.

What is required for on‑campus housing:
  • Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination and medical clearance
  • Proof of meningitis vaccination or a signed waiver declining the vaccine
The State of Maryland requires all residential students at Maryland Colleges and Universities to submit proof of meningitis vaccination and Coppin State University also requires proof of Hepatitis B vaccination for students living on campus or a signed exemption declining the vaccine
 
Students must submit the required records or receive a waiver for the housing application to be considered complete.
