Program Overview

The Coppin State University Laptop Computer Program provides a pathway to ownership of a mobile device for eligible University students. This subsidized program offers an affordable payment plan. This is a need-based program and the student’s share of the cost of the device is determined by the Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
How It Works
A deposit is required, and the remaining balance will be divided into one to four equal payments, depending upon the matriculation status upon enrolling in the program. These payments will be billed to your student account in EagleLINKS at the beginning of the consecutive semesters, until the balance is paid in full. The device remains the property of the University until the agreement is satisfied.
