Laptop Computer Program
The Coppin State University Laptop Computer Program provides a pathway to ownership of a mobile device for eligible University students. This subsidized program offers an affordable payment plan. This is a need-based program and the student’s share of the cost of the device is determined by the Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
How It Works
A deposit is required, and the remaining balance will be divided into one to four equal payments, depending upon the matriculation status upon enrolling in the program. These payments will be billed to your student account in EagleLINKS at the beginning of the consecutive semesters, until the balance is paid in full. The device remains the property of the University until the agreement is satisfied.
The University maintains stock of digital devices that students can lease for academic, personal, and professional use. Currently, the device available for lease is:
HP 250 G8 Notebook PC
- Intel i7-1165G7 processor
- 8GB memory
- 256GB SSD
- 14.0" 1920x1080 non-touch display
- Intel Iris X Graphics
- Realtek 802.11ac wireless
- Bluetooth wireless
