Workday was chosen as the enterprise resource platform, using Workday’s Human Capital Management and Finance modules.

Workday Project FAQs

Workday is a leading cloud-based enterprise software system that provides real time data. Workday provides unified Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management in one system.

Training will begin in the Spring of 2024. Information will be sent via email and also posted on the website.

Approximately 3 years. Workday will go-live in July 2024.

Workday will provide timely, cost-effective functionality to all users. Workday automates practices that are currently manual. Processes will be simplified and standardized. There will be faster, more dynamic reporting options.

Workday terminology will replace some of our current terms. A glossary will be available for your reference.

Workday's infrastructure, policies, and procedures ensure your data is secure and protected. Security threats and risks are mitigated through strong internal controls and a comprehensive security program. Workday regularly passes rigorous third-party compliance audits.

Google Chrome is recommended for the best functionality. Workday can also be used with the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari (MacOS), Microsoft Edge.
