Coppin State Athletics Places 64 Student-Athletes on MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team
BALTIMORE — Coppin State University is celebrating the academic achievements of 64 student-athletes who have been named to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team for 2026.
The annual recognition honors student-athletes who have achieved at least sophomore academic standing and maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher, underscoring their commitment to excellence both in competition and in the classroom.
"These student-athletes exemplify what it means to succeed at the highest level both academically and athletically," said Anthony L. Jenkins, Ph.D., president of Coppin State University. "We are incredibly proud of their dedication, discipline, and perseverance. Their accomplishments reflect the values we champion at Coppin and demonstrate that excellence in the classroom and on the playing field go hand in hand."

These accomplishments reflect Coppin State University's commitment to developing scholar-athletes who excel in the classroom, compete with integrity, and lead with purpose both on campus and beyond.
