We serve as the University's single point of contact for technology and telecommunications issues regarding campus technology services and infrastructure.

How We Help 

When we receive your Help Desk request, we notify you through your Coppin email that we've received it. If you call us to ask about the status of your request, please reference the call number we provided in your request confirmation email.

Response Times

We respond to non-emergency requests within 2 days from when we received your request.
