Biography
Melissa Rigby is the Acting Director for Innovation, Development, Education, and Assessment in the Information Technology Division at Coppin State University. In this role, Melissa has responsibility for the maintenance and development of the University’s website. She has 15-plus years of experience in web development and specializes in shaping user experiences while working across departments to deliver engaging content.
