One of the most challenging issues facing students and parents is the financing of a college education. The Financial Aid Office, within the confines of available funding and federal, state and institutional policies, makes every effort to assist you in making a Coppin education financially possible.
Applicants are encouraged to read all information carefully and to seek answers to additional questions from the staff of the Financial Aid Office. All students are encouraged to apply for federal aid (including scholarship recipients). The application is free of cost at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Deadlines must be adhered to and a variety of forms must be completed. Few students can complete the necessary applications without assistance. Therefore, parents are encouraged to take an active role in this process by providing assistance in completing the necessary applications and by providing income information and documents.
