Lunch "N" Learn Seminars

These lunch-time seminars are designed to promote awareness of health, wellness, and fitness. These seminars will teach proper nutrition, cardiovascular risk factors, safe exercise practices, stress management, stretches that you can do at your desk and ergonomic tips for your work space. There will be a wide variety of topics covered in these seminars and they will be given by health and wellness professionals.

Cooking Demonstrations

These cooking demonstrations will show how to shop for and prepare healthy meals. You will sample really great foods prepared by a personal chef. You will also be provided with healthy recipes.

Massage Mondays

Chair Massage Therapy is an excellent tool to be used for relaxation, relieving stress and muscle tension during mid-terms or final exams week. All wellness center massage therapists are professionally and nationally certified by the state of Maryland. There will be a 10 minute limit for chair massage and all sessions must be scheduled.

Wellness Week

During Wellness Week each day the focus is on a different health and wellness theme.
