Employee Assistance

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential, and professional assessment, referral, and counseling service available to all employees in regular positions.

Employees can consult with a professional counselor for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Substance Abuse (Alcohol and Drug)
  • Emotional Problems
  • Stress
  • Marital Problems
  • Family Problems
  • Divorce
  • Death in the Family
  • Depression
  • Almost any other problem you face

If you are a supervisor or department head, you may contact the Office of Human Resources to discuss the referral of employees if work-related problems have been identified.
