Parking Rate: A $5 flat rate will be charged ALL DAY on:

• Thursday, Feb. 19
• Friday, Feb. 20
• Saturday Feb. 21

*CSU permit holders do have to pay for parking

On-Campus Shuttle Service: Shuttles will operate Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to assist guests moving around campus.

Off-Campus Housing Shuttle: From February 15–21, 2026, the off-campus housing shuttle will make its last departure from campus at 1:00 a.m. each night.

Photography, videography, and audio recording will occur throughout Coppin State University Homecoming events.
By entering this event area, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Recording
   You understand that Coppin State University (“CSU”) and its authorized representatives may capture your image, likeness, voice, and/or performance through photography, video, or audio recording while you are on University property or at University-sponsored events.
2. Use of Recordings
   You grant CSU a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publish these recordings for purposes including, but not limited to:
   •    University marketing and communications
   •    Social media and digital platforms
   •    News and promotional materials
   •    Educational or archival purposes
   This use may occur in any existing or future media format.
3. No Expectation of Compensation
   You understand that you will not receive payment or compensation for the use of your image or likeness.
4. Public Event Disclosure
   Homecoming events are considered public or semi-public University events. Individuals attending may appear incidentally or intentionally in recorded media. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member immediately or avoid areas where media capture is occurring.
5. Minors
   For minors under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation in posed photos or featured video recordings. Minors may still appear incidentally in wide crowd shots.
6. Data & Privacy Compliance
   All media use will follow applicable Maryland state laws, University System of Maryland (USM) policies, and CSU privacy standards, including guidelines governing the ethical use, storage, and distribution of media content.
