About The Center
The James Edgar McDonald Child Development Center was established in 2013 to address the needs of students, University faculty, staff, and the immediate community. The Center is located on the Campus of Coppin State University within the Health and Human Services Building. The Child Development Center is a high quality early care and education program that promotes healthy social and emotional development, as well as interactive learning through meaningful play experiences that are carefully planned to match children’s interests, learning styles, and abilities.
The James E. McDonald Child Development Center is located on the first floor of the Health and Human Services Building (HHSB) in the rear of the building (Room EC103). Parents may enter through the main entrance or through the rear entrance near parking lot C.James E. McDonald Child Development Center
