How to Obtain a Mobile Device
Students may obtain a mobile device from the IT Student Services Center by doing the following:
- Obtain essential information and procedures by contacting IT Student Services Center at (410) 951-3872 or visiting IT Student Services Center (Science and Technology Building, Room 122) between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm (Mon. - Thurs.) and 8 am - 5 pm (Fri.)
- Take initial payment form and the required initial payment amount to the Coppin State University cashier (Miles W. Connor Administration Building, 2nd floor) between the hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm. Payments may be made with major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), cash, money order or cashier's check. Students will receive a receipt.
- Submit initial payment form with cashier's initials, receipt, and your student ID card to Ms. Watina Greene in the Office of Information Technology (Science and Technology Building, Room 400) on your scheduled appointment time on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays at either 9:30 am or 1:30 pm.
- Once the initial payment has been verified, the students will be provided with further instruction as to when the device will be ready for pickup. A CSU ID is required for device pick up.
