Hyatt, participated in the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival; four of the students competed in the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship Competition, with Karl Knox and Lorraine "Jaki" Terry advancing to the semi-finals and Jaki Terry placing in the "Sweet 16" final round of competition.
