Center For Teaching And Learning With Technology

The Center for Teaching and Learning with Technology provides instructional technology Services to faculty:

• Technology Integration Consultations

  Technology is a viable vehicle to deliver instruction and to help students achieve. The center's staff is available to provide consultations about strategies to integrate and evaluate technology used for instruction and learning. From reviewing your syllabus for a semester-long integration or discussing how to use technology for a single project, the staff is available to assist all Coppin faculty.



• Professional Development

  Building capacity in using technology in education is crucial, as it helps to breed stronger instructional delivery and fosters student academic growth and development.
  The staff provides various mechanisms of professional development for faculty:

  • Hands-on trainings and workshops
  • Online trainings, workshops, and tutorials
  • Customized workshops for departments
  • Brown-bag lunch sessions
  • One-on-one coaching



• Instructional Technology Resource Center

  This is your one-stop shop to help integrate technology into teaching and learning. The center is complete with scanners, media center (converts analog media to digital media), and computers to support teaching and learning. The center hours of operation will be posted and will also be available by appointment.
