The Vice President for Business and Finance (VPBF) is the principal administrative officer responsible for preparing and administering the College budget and for financial planning. In addition, the VPBF is also the principal administrative officer responsible for : administrative services; the physical plant and maintenance; and security. Reporting directly to the VPBF are: the Controller; Budget Officer; the Directors of Facilities, of Capital Planning and Procurement, of Human Resources, of Public Safety; and the Procurement Officer.
The Controller is responsible for overseeing and directing the accounting operation; developing and overseeing the basic systems of accounting, financial control and reporting to safeguard the financial assets of the College.
The Director of Public Safety is responsible for overseeing and directing the general administration and overall operations of the College police department including commissioned College police force and uniformed security department; and is responsible for enforcing State, local, and College laws; supervising law enforcement activities to protect College buildings and property and safeguard occupants and visitors.
The Director of Facilities is responsible for overseeing and directing physical plan operations including central heating, HVA/mechanical, building grounds, maintenance and housekeeping systems.
The Director of Capital Planning and Procurement is responsible for overseeing and directing capital planning efforts and the administration of procurement and supply programs; and to ensure College policies and procedures are in compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing and overseeing human resources planning and administration; overseeing the administration of employment, benefits, employee relations, compensation, training and human resources information systems.
