SAS Dean's List

Coppin State University students strive for academic excellence, and many achieve the Dean's List. It is a pleasure to recognize all SAS students who have achieved this distinction. The School of Arts and Sciences has been generating a list of its qualified students since spring 2005. Effective fall 2008, the university semester grade point average was increased from 3.25 to 3.5 and part-time students became eligible for this distinction. The SAS Dean’s list is posted in academic buildings and on the SAS website each fall and spring semester.

Eligibility

SAS full-time students are eligible for the Dean's List if they meet the following criteria:

• Semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher
• Completion of at least twelve graduation credits
• No grades of "D," "F," "CS," or "I"

SAS part-time students are eligible for the Dean's List if they meet the following criteria:

• Semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher
• Completion of at least twelve graduation credits
• No grades of "D," "F," "CS," or "I"
• Currently enrolled, taking 6 to 11 degree credits
