The purpose of the Master of Science in Reading program is to prepare professionals who wish to pursue careers as Reading Specialists or Reading Resource Teachers. The program requires 36 hours that includes a 3-hour capstone experience in urban literacy.
Students must complete a professional E-Portfolio and an action research paper.
