Popy Akter-winner of the American Chemical Society (ACS) award for the most outstanding undergraduate student in Chemistry at Coppin State University

Popy Akter is the winner of the American Chemical Society (ACS) award for being the most outstanding undergraduate student in Chemistry at Coppin State University.

The Department of Natural Sciences is very pleased to announce that Popy Akter, a Chemistry major, has been awarded 'The most outstanding undergraduate student in Chemistry at Coppin State University' by the American Chemical Society. The ACS Student Award is made each year to one student at each college or university that participates in the Maryland Section of the ACS.  The Award will be made at a ceremony at the spring meeting of the ACS, which will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Timonium, Maryland.
