Mail Services
Welcome to University Mail Services! We receive, deliver, and collect all incoming and outgoing U.S. Postal Service and interdepartmental mail for all Coppin State University departments, offices, and dormitories.
We serve the University and community for official business only. We also actively support the academic mission of the University by delivering mail services to the University’s academic, administrative, and service units.
We constantly work to achieve accurate, reliable delivery, and processing by providing efficient services. That means timely and accurate handling of your letters, parcels and inter-departmental mail-rain or shine, sleet or snow.
What We're Not
Coppin Mail Services is not a contract branch station of the United States Postal Service. We provide limited postal services and require sufficient notification for major mailings.

More Than Mail Delivery
Campus mail services provides some of the same services as your local post office—but you don't have to leave campus. Delivering the mail is just part of what we do.
Print Services
We also offer print and copy services to Coppin staff, faculty, and students, as well as local community residents.
