- Coppin can build a fully integrated employee database to share across the college community.
- With PeopleSoft’s self-service module, Coppin employees can enter time sheet information, view personal information and maintain demographic information on the web.
- “Best in Practice” procedures will minimize the effort required to process job applications, interviews and hiring by departments, (Eg: Automated matching of resumes to job requirements, automated notification at different intervals during the hiring process, job search approval process, management of Pins etc.)
- With PeopleSoft Time and Labor module, the college will have complete control over time and labor tracking.
- Coppin employees will have the capability to submit time sheets on-line via the web, reducing the weekly paper flow between offices at Coppin.
