Recreation is a necessity for any student, faculty or staff member. Working out your body is equally important as working out your mind. The Physical Education Complex (PEC) is the gateway to all the exciting and diverse activities that Campus Recreation and Wellness has to offer. Join a sports club, play in an Intramural league or just get fit. Visit the PEC today and find out more! We offer aquatics programs such as recreational swimming, masters swimming, lifeguarding classes, club water polo and swim lessons. If you love to play sports, intramural sports offers basketball, softball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, racquetball and more! Play individually or create your own team. The Wellness Center provides a diverse curriculum of various group exercise classes and activities. This is a unique opportunity to try something new or to continue skill development in familiar programs. Sessions are open to students, faculty, staff and the community for nominal fees.

All fitness programs are open to CSU students, faculty and staff. CSU Workout (group exercise) includes styles such as Eagle Cycling (CSU's form of spinning), cardioboxing, muscle conditioning, step (platform), yoga, mat pilates, water jogging and basic aerobics. Get out of the classroom and into recreation and wellness. Coppin maintains a state of the art recreation center, also known as the PEC. – Campus Fitness & Wellness
