Completed in 2010, the Dance Studio is a modern facility for dance instruction. The dance studio includes a room-length barre, built-in sound system and floor to ceiling mirrors.
The dance studio is located on the second floor of the Physical Education Complex by the Warwick Avenue entrance. Dressing areas are located on the first floor.
The dance studio may also be rented. Please contact Vanessa Jackson-Coles for information on renting the studio.
Student Study Area:
The Health & Human Performance student study area located on the 2nd floor provides a quiet place for study. When using this area, please remember the following:
- No food or drink is allowed in the study area.
- Please be considerate of others by helping to maintain a quiet atmosphere.
- Do not remove or rearrange furniture in the study area.
James W. Johnson Auditorium:
The auditorium-classroom building contains 1000-seat auditorium, classrooms, special music rooms for groups and individual instruction, an art gallery and faculty offices. The Johnson Auditorium serves as the center for cultural activities on the campus. This facility is used for assemblies, special lectures, meetings recitals, dance and dramatic performances, concerts, and other cultural activities.
