Audition Information

Dance majors and minors are required to attend a placement audition and advisement session with the dance faculty prior to registering for courses. Students will participate in a ballet barre and modern floor warm-up with a jazz and/or African dance combination. Dance majors are also required to perform a short 1-2 minute piece of choreography.

Students unable to attend the scheduled audition are encouraged to send a performance videotape to:
