Declining Balance
The Eagle Card offers safe, convenient and flexible spending power
on campus, which allows cashless access to goods and services campus
wide. The declining balance is similar to a debit account; funds
deposited into this account are accessible throughout the campus.

Where to use dining dollars
The Eagle Card also provides additional funds for students who live on campus at Dedmond or Daley Hall. If you are a Resident Student, $50.00 is deposited in your Dining Dollars Account each semester. These dollars may only be used in the following locations:
- Talon Center Dining Hall
- Talon Center Café
- HHSB (Health & Human Services Building) Marvelous Market (1st floor Lobby)
- Austin Grill
