The Mission of the IT Help Desk is to increase Coppin's productivity by providing a single point of contact and be responsible for rapid closure of our users' technology and telecommunications problems.
Accessing the Help Desk
Users may contact the IT Help Desk via phone at (410) 951-3888 or via e-mail to email@example.com. When a Help Desk call is first received, the customer will be notified by e-mail that the service call is in the Help Desk system. When inquiring about the service call, please be sure to use the call number that is provided in the e-mail.
The IT Help Desk hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, except official university holidays.
The response for non-emergency calls will be made within two days from the date the request was received.
