Coppin State University offers a growing variety of training and development opportunities for all employees. The University offers sessions on the topics such as PMP (our performance appraisal system), sexual harassment, supervisory skills, diversity issues, time management and conflict resolution. We also offer free continuous courses in computer training using our campus-wide, state-of-the-art technology infrastructure.
