Health Information Management (HIM) professionals are responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of the systems utilized for the storage, retrieval, access, and release of health information.
The College of Business is offering the Sport Management degree program. Students have the option of two concentrations within the major – Sport Administration or Athletic Training Management. The Sport Management program at Coppin State University prepares undergraduate students for professional careers in Sport Management, including both the private and public sectors. The program is designed to assist students in acquiring organizational and managerial expertise in the health, fitness and sport management fields as well as to assist students in gaining an understanding of personnel management and supervision.
Sport Management professionals work in an array of areas that include, but are not limited to: sports marketing & promotion, ticket sales, public relations, athletic directors, sports information, sport agents, sports governing bodies, facility management, and more!
