To join a list on the School of Graduate Studies list server please do the following. Log into your Coppin Web Mail account and click on the NEW button to create a new mail message. From this page copy the join line from the appropriate grad program and paste it in the To: field of your new message. Click the SEND button to send the message to the list server. In a couple of minutes the list server will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you wish to join the list. Click the REPLY button and then the SEND button to confirm. In a few minutes you will receive a second message from the list server letting you know you have been added to the list.
You MUST use your Coppin Web Mail account (https://eaglemail.student.coppin.edu/exchange/). The list server will only accept join requests from Coppin Web Mail. All outside mail addresses will be automatically rejected. This is a one way announcement list. You can not send messages through the list serve. Its purpose is to provide a means for your Instructors to contact you with relevant information relating to your Graduate Studies Program. Coppin Web Mail is an official method of communication with all students so be sure to check it regularly.
