This form is part of the application process for the Honors Program:

Any student interested in applying for an Honors Program scholarship should follow the application process below:

  1. Apply for admission to the University. Honors Program applications cannot be processed prior to a student's admittance into the University.
  2. The Office of Admissions forwards referral forms to the Assistant Dean of The Honors Program for any student who meets the requirements for an Honors Program scholarship.
  3. The Honors Program prepares and forwards recruitment letters and application packets to referred students. In the interim, students are expected to make arrangements with the Office of Freshman And Undeclared Major Advisement to take the University Placement Exam.
  4. Once completed applications are received, they are reviewed by an Honors Program faculty member and the Assistant Dean who makes selection recommendations to the Dean.
  5. Award letters and forms are forwarded to students whose selections have been approved by the Dean of The Honors Division.
