Fall-Spring Session

September 14, 2009 - May 8, 2010
The fall/spring season occurs over a 30-week period. Students registered for the fall semester are automatically billed for the spring semester. Registration is on a first-come, first served basis. New and continuing student should register during the pre-registration dates to ensure placement in the proper class.

Discount Registration and Placement Class

Tuesday, August 11 and 125-7:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 151-4:00 p.m.
Friday, August 285-7:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 2911:30-2:30 p.m.

The registration fee and installment must be paid at the on the dates listed above to receive the discount. The placement audition is for advanced beginner and above students (levels C/D). Adults or Level A (no dance experience) and Level B (some limited experience) students are not required to attend a placement class/audition to register for a class.

In-Person Early Registration

Late Registration

Late registration begins after classes have begun for the semester. Students are accepted into the program based on space availability. The instructor will complete the placement audition process during class. Students registering after the first class of the semester are required to pay a $10.00 processing fee.

CSU Semester Breaks

November 19-21, 2009*
November 23-29, 2009
December 21- January 9, 2010
March Dates to Be Determined (CSU Spring Break)
* Make-up classes are scheduled during performance week.

Sibling Discount

A 5% discount is applied to the second child registering for classes.

Dance Scholarship

Performance-based scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrated movement excellence with a commitment to dance as a career. The instructor will make recommendations throughout the year, and the director will make the final decision.

Weather Cancellation Policy

Classes are cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, and/or the closing of Coppin, Baltimore City or Baltimore County school systems.
