Q. How can I order invitations?
Students may order invitations/announcements from Exemplar Recognition at www.exemplarrecognition.com or contact a local printer.
Q. Will my guest need an invitation/announcement to enter the 1st Mariner Arena?
No, there is no reserved seating. There are areas for persons with wheelchairs.

Q. When and where and what time is Commencement?
For Graduate Candidates - FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2008 in the James Weldon Johnson Auditorium at 10:00 a.m.
For Undergraduates Candidates - SUNDAY, MAY 18, 2008 at the 1st Mariner Arena (the former Baltimore Arena) located at 201 W. Baltimore Street (at the corner of Howard Street). Commencement begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Q. What time will the graduates have to arrive?
All members of the graduating class must arrive at 8:30 a.m. Due to new security regulations ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS MUST PRESENT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION or admission to the Arena will be denied.All bags will be searched; please do not bring large purses, book bags, backpacks, cameras, etc.

Q. When and where and what time is Commencement Rehearsal?
Rehearsal for graduate candidates will be on Thursday, May 15, 2008.
Rehearsal for undergraduate candidates will be on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Rehearsal will be held in Coppin’s Johnson Auditorium.
Q. Will my name be announced at the Commencement?
Yes, all names are announced.
Q. What time will Commencement conclude?
The average duration of Commencement is 2 (two) hours.
