The Eagle Card is the official identification card of Coppin State University. The multi-purpose card is used for campus identification, to access residential facilities, library borrowing privileges, and declining balance purchases in the dining hall and bookstore. This site will answer all of your questions about your new Eagle Card and its applications across the campus.

The Eagle Card offers you safe, convenient and flexible spending power on campus. The Eagle Card extends a declining balance account to you that can be utilized at select campus locations to purchase a wide variety of goods and services. You must deposit funds in your declining balance account before you can use it to make purchases. For additional information and terms and conditions, refer to the Eagle Card Agreement.

The Office of Auxiliary Services, located on the second floor of the Dining Center, is responsible for maintaining the campus card access system, administering the University meal plans and more. Call us at 410-951-3573, or email us at auxiliary services@coppin.edu if you need further assistance with your campus ID card or any of its applications. The Office of Public Safety is responsible for issuing the Eagle Cards. The office is located on the first floor of the Frances Murphy Research Center.

Lost Eagle Cards should be reported to the Office of Auxiliary Services or Office of Public Safety immediately. Replacement Eagle Cards are available at the Office of Public Safety during regular business hours. The fee for replacing a lost Eagle card is $55 for residential students and $15 for commuter students. There is no fee for replacing Eagle Cards that are unusable due to normal wear and tear.

Your Eagle Card can be used in the following places: All Dining Services locations for meal plans and declining balance purchases, all University System of Maryland libraries including Coppin's (circulation only), and door access locations in the residence halls.
