Since 1997, the American Humanics program at Coppin State University has provided academic instruction to approximately 200 students enrolled in the University's Introduction to Nonprofit Leadership and Not for Profit Management Courses.
American Humanics, Inc. (AH) is a national alliance of colleges, universities, and nonprofit organizations dedicated to educating; preparing and certifying professional to strengthen and lead nonprofit organizations.
A CSU student who is interested in pursuing a future career in nonprofit leadership can acquire a minor or become certified through Coppin State's Nonprofit Leadership/American Humanics Program.
Nonprofit students seeking certification must complete a program totaling 21 credit hours of course work.
