How to Declare Urban Studies as Your Major

Come to the Social Sciences Department to see Dr. Ken Morgan, Assistant Professor Interdisciplinary and Urban Studies. If he is not available contact him to make an appointment.

You will get an Undergraduate Declaration of Major Form to fill out. He will then advise you on the courses that you need to take using the Urban Studies Status Sheet. The Status Sheet list all courses you must take. The Status Sheet along with Dr. Morgan’s advising will help map out the courses you take for each semester leading to your graduation. Each semester you will be advised. If you have declared another major and desire now to be an Urban Studies major, you must get the releasing Department chairperson to sign off.
