I'm Dr. Terri Hackett the director of the Student Success Center. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that we should endeavor to provide the very best service to all of our students. Our aim is to provide basic services without bouncing students from office to office. The vision of the Student Success Center is to provide the first point of contact service to all students in a one stop shop environment. We aim to resolve all student issues in seven minutes or less. Any sudents whose issue isn't resolved in seven minutes will be referred to that particular office. We serve as an information resource to all students and serve as a liaison between all the offices across the campus.
