Student Information

ID Number:

Every student is issued a 7-digit EagleLinks ID Number. This number is used to identify yourself or your records when conducting official school business.

Username/ID:

The User Name/ID is used to access ALL of your Coppin Accounts: Network (Email & EagleLinks) and Blackboard Accounts. The Username is case sensitive when logging onto EagleLinks. The first two letters in the student’s user name must be UPPER case a nd there are 2 numbers at the end. (Ex: JDoe00)

Student Network Account:

Allows students to access:

• 1. Coppin Email Account – C.S.U. official channel of communication between staff, faculty, and students
• 2. Computers - Log onto any student computer while on campus
• 3. Personal Folder - On H: drive (Note: Floppy Disks Drives are NOT AVAILABLE on campus). Students are encouraged to SAVE all documents in their personal folder, which is only accessible on campus AND their Portable USB Flash Drive or CD-R/RW).

EagleLINKS Account:

Allows students to access On-Line Registration, Student Records, Grades, Schedule of classes, Transcript, Degree Progress Report, etc.

Blackboard Account:

Allows students to access On-Line Course Information. Use your Network Username and Password to login to Blackboard.

Printing:

Starting Fall 2008, students are allocated 150 sheets twice per year: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. After each print job is executed, a message window will appear indicating the remaining balance on your account. When you have depleted your 150 sheets for the semester, the system will remain counting your sheets in a negative digit. At the end of the semester, your account will be billed 15¢ for each sheet you printed in access of 150 sheets.
