Services
The primary focus of the Center is to assist students to broaden their knowledge and continue use of the
information technology infrastructure available to them at Coppin State University. The Center will assist the
students with hardware and software questions and needs and acquaint new students with information technology
services available to them at CSU.
The IT Student Services Center offers the following:
- Computer Usage Services
- Student Application Software Orientation
- Support for the Student Laptop Initiative
- Hardware Configuration and Wireless Connectivity
- Password Resets
- Support for Blackboard and Tegrity Usage
