How Do I ....?
The Mission of the IT Help Desk is to increase Coppin’s productivity by providing a single point of contact and be responsible for rapid closure of our users’ technology and telecommunications problems.
Users may contact the IT Help Desk via phone at (410) 951-3888 or via e-mail to oithelpdesk@coppin.edu. When a Help Desk call is first received, the customer will be notified by e-mail that the service call is in the Help Desk system. When inquiring about the service call, please be sure to use the call number that is provided in the e-mail.
The IT Help Desk hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, except official university holidays.
The response for non-emergency calls will be made within two days from the date the request was received.
