The mission of the Client Computing Service is to enable the effective use of information technology in support of the University. We are responsible for the maintenance, upgrades and operational support of all personal computers within Coppin State University.

E-mailed questions are usually answered the next business day, often sooner and telephone calls are returned during the Help Desk business hours (8:30 am – 6:00pm). Some questions need additional investigation and may take longer time to answer. If this is the case, the Help Desk will notify you of the status of your request.
