Application Process

1. The process of applying to the Coppin Academy begins with reading and completing the following Citywide Application documents:
   • Instructions For Completing Citywide Applications and Worksheets
   • Application For Admission to a High School Program
   • Worksheet for Citywide High Schools/Programs with Entrance Criteria
   • High School Choice Program Listing:
     1. Find section III on the High School Choice Listing
     2. Select Coppin Academy as one of your choices
2. Hand deliver or mail the entire application packet to:
   
   Office of Student Placement
   200 E. North Avenue Room 106A
   Baltimore, Maryland 21202
   
3. After completing and submitting the Citywide Application:
   • Attend one of the many Coppin Academy information workshops with a parent or guardian
   • Receive a letter or call from Coppin Academy inviting you and your parent or guardian to an interview
   • Be informed by Baltimore City Public Schools of your acceptance into the Coppin Academy
   • Attend the Summer Academy Prep Program on the campus of Coppin University
