The Miles Connor Administration Building Facade Repair/Replacement Project is scheduled to begin during the 1st week in March. The project will be done in 3 phases and is expected to last approximately 18 months. Each phase will be about 6 months in duration. There will be significant disruptions, however our objective is to complete this project with the least amount of disruptions and inconvenience to building occupants as possible. The project is designed to correct structural deficiencies in the building's exterior facade for safety purposes; it is not designed to upgrade the building's interior layout. The project will consist of replacing the entire building exterior brick facade and glass windows, interior work is required in perimeters offices on all floors.
In order to facilitate the "Phase 1" work on the building's facade, staff will be temporarily relocated within the building and/or to various locations on campus:

2nd floor Room 205 of the Grace Hill Jacobs OCL Building
- Information Technology Offices (410-951-3877)

- Institutional Advancement Offices (410-951-3800) (Northeast corner only)
