A unique and impressive state-of-the-art $73 Million facility is currently under design. This approximately 160,000 GSF building will provide space for academic departments. It involves classrooms, laboratories, offices, a variety of support-spaces, public service workspace for several departments such as Nursing, Applied Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Criminal Justice and will provide community outreach and clinical programs. HHSB will be located across North Avenue (South Campus) and will be connected to the main (North Campus)via a pedestrian bridge over North Avenue.
