The Adult and General Education Department offers a Public School Administrator I Certification Program. MSDE-approved for those who seek Administrator I certification, this program allows education professionals who are currently certified or licensed, and working in schools or school systems, to be eligible to receive Administrator I certification for Assistant Principal or Supervisor. Education professionals seeking this certification must hold a Master Degree. Courses required to meet MSDE approved certification are listed as follows:
Note: A person pursuing this program of certification should plan to take the following courses, 12 credits of which must be taken at the same institution.
