To facilitate the overall mission of the University, the Budget Office provides support and guidance to all campus departments at Coppin State University. Budget preparation guidance is provided by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and the University System of Maryland (USM), in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
